Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In the bottom of a highball glass muddle the mint with a bit of syrup. Muddle until the mint leaves are pretty well broken down.
  2. Fill the glass 3/4 full with ice.
  3. Add bourbon, and then top with a little more seltzer water.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

Use a highball glass or really go all out and get a metal julep cup.
